We LOVE New Construction deals, particularly in the Multifamily sector, but we assist in financing ALL types of projects, in all different sectors. We have various Lender relationships that we've built over the last 15 years and they love our business.
- Minimum loan amount: $10M (we can do smaller deals on a case by case basis)
- Maximum loan amount: up to $200M
- Terms: New Construction deals are 1-3 years; Purchase/Refis/Cashouts can be up to 25 years
- Recourse: Some programs include recourse and some are non-recourse
- LTV: typically 75-80%, some deals can go as high as 100% LTV/LTC (under certain circumstances)
- Rates: New Construction 8-9%, Purchase/Refis/Cashouts vary 3-5%

Debt / Equity Structured Options Available for HIGH LTV/LTC leveraged situations.
Most projects with loan amounts over 75% LTV will require a debt/equity structure.
Equity requirement varies based upon evaluated underwriting risk, and comes with a 5-year buyout option for sponsor (with a pre-determined formula).
Equity is based upon loan amount – not value, for borrowers protection!
